What you will do

You will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and managing a successful team of Enterprise Sales Executives who target net-new business and consistently exceed annual revenue quota for the aligned region. This role is a first-level management position and reports to the VP of Sales for North America. You will establish and manage executive relationships and maximize penetration of GEP products to this market, contributing significantly to our ambition to grow GEP as the emerging solution provider of choice in this market.

  • Direct the activities of Enterprise Sales Executives within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded.
  • Coach and mentor assigned Enterprise Sales Executives to develop their skill and knowledge of GEP software products and sales techniques.
  • Consistently negotiate and close new business.
  • Accurately and consistently forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned region.
  • Provide regular informal and formal performance feedback to direct reports.

What you should bring


Must have experience with selling - eProcurement or ERP/Supply Chain solutions or sourcing or Contract lifecycle management, Procure to Pay (P2P) or Spend management or Source to pay Solutions (S2P)


  • A track record of selling software as a solution is vital.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales engagements.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced sales role, with a demonstrable success rate.
  • The proven ability to work with clients to design and develop solutions to solve their business problems.
  • Possession of excellent negotiation skills.
  • An excellent understanding of eProcurement and/or Supply Chain solutions across a broad industry background.
