GEP is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who can lead the daily activities of our accounting/finance team and help drive our growth and expansion. As Vice President of Finance, you will lead a global team of high performing finance professionals and will be a member of the executive team. This individual will play an instrumental role in driving efficient workflow processes, supporting the overall operation of our business, and finding ways to create greater value and profitability. We are looking for a strategic individual who comes from a fast paced/ high growth, performance-driven organization and who has achieved success as measured by KPIs (key performance indicators). The ideal candidate is hands-on, transparent, flexible, has a mentor-coach mindset and has a strong desire to be a part of a winning goal-oriented team.

• Certified Public Accountant designation or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a finance leadership role with an excellent understanding of business metrics
• In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance, and other regulatory matters
• Adept in fiscal management principles and processes including resource management and needs assessment
• Partner with Global Head of Finance & Chief Executive Officer to establish and track revenue goals
• Successful and effective management of teams -- coaching, development, performance management.
• Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to provide feedback on decisions affecting financial results of the company
