What you will do

As the Senior Manager for Implementation, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of our enterprise SaaS solutions, ensuring successful integration for key clients in the procurement and supply chain space. Leveraging your expertise in implementation and client management, you will oversee project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that client requirements are met through tailored solutions. Your leadership will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and seamless software adoption.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring successful deployment from project initiation to steady-state support.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing leader, understanding and translating client business requirements into technical solutions that meet their procurement and supply chain needs.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to customize and configure SaaS solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Oversee project management, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all implementation phases meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, identifying areas for product expansion and opportunities for increased client engagement.
  • Conduct workflows and system analysis with clients to optimize their processes, recommend improvements, and drive additional value from the software.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to resolve client issues during and after implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of processes and provide ongoing support during client transitions to Customer Success Managers (CSM).
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues, collaborating with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to solve complex problems.
  • Identify upsell opportunities for additional product offerings, working alongside sales to drive revenue growth.

What you should bring

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally in procurement or supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations with a focus on client-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly engineers, to translate client needs into technical requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain workflows, including sourcing, spend analysis, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, with experience in people development and coaching.
  • Familiarity with SaaS technologies and enterprise software solutions; hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in business, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be willing to commute to client site as needed. 20 - 25% travel required.
