What you will do

As a Corporate Paralegal, you’ll be a vital part of our legal team, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Receiving training in SharePoint, DocuSign, Athennian, and other relevant software.
  • Managing and digitizing global corporate governance records, including minute books, entity management software, physical records, and archival tasks.
  • Maintaining and updating information on global leases.
  • Supporting global corporate projects, such as notarizations, apostille submissions, and obtaining management signatures.
  • Assisting the General Counsel with confidential matters, including entity formation/dissolution, M&A documentation, and other corporate projects.
  • Providing PTO coverage and supporting the Senior Paralegal and Associate Paralegal during high-volume days.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Clark, NJ headquarters with three in-office days, including Fridays.

What you should bring

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of professionalism, precision, and proactive problem-solving. Our ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience, including U.S. and international entity management (Europe, LATAM, APAC, MENA).
  • A certificate from an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program (J.D. holders or law students need not apply).
  • Proficiency with minute books, entity management software (Athennian knowledge is a plus), and entity formation processes.
  • Experience handling high-level corporate projects and obtaining signatures from senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and file management skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Notary Public experience in New Jersey (preferred but not required).
