As a Senior Manager – Procurement Operations Strategy, you will lead procurement transformation
projects, develop strategic solutions, and build lasting relationships with global clients. You will be
a part of a dynamic team where innovation, leadership, and client impact drive success.
What We’re Looking For:

What will you do:
• Design & Implement Solutions: Partner with regional and local teams to develop and
execute procurement strategies, including operating models, spend analysis, and cost saving initiatives.
• Transform Procurement: Lead large-scale transformation projects across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules, driving efficiency
and performance.
• Technology Enablement: Enhance procurement processes through advanced tools and
procurement technologies.
• Deliver Excellence: Manage complex supply chain projects focused on procurement and
cost-savings programs, ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and grow strategic relationships with global clients,
positioning as a trusted advisor for their procurement operations.
• Lead High-Performing Teams: Build, guide, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver
consistent, high-quality results using proven methodologies.
• Drive Account Growth: Develop and expand global accounts, identifying new
opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields; MBA
preferred.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects and diverse
teams.
