As a Senior Manager within our Product Management team, you'll have the opportunity to drive the evolution of Autonomous Sourcing within our E-Procurement platform and scale our influence across the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain.

Product & Market Growth Strategy

• Define and execute the roadmap for Autonomous Sourcing capabilities, leveraging AI, data science, and automation.
• Drive new market expansion, identifying growth opportunities in enterprise procurement, mid-market solutions, and global sourcing ecosystems.
• Build a strategic plan to increase product adoption, upsell capabilities, and drive customer expansion.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate sourcing workflows, enhance decision-making, and optimize supplier selection.

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Engage directly with customers, procurement leaders, and industry stakeholders to identify challenges and drive solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of user personas, workflows, and procurement pain points.
• Partner with UX and engineering to design intuitive, AI-enhanced sourcing experiences.

Execution & Delivery

• Own end-to-end product execution, ensuring smooth alignment between strategy, roadmap, and development teams.
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., sourcing cycle time reduction, cost savings, user adoption).
• Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Coach and mentor product managers, fostering a product-thinking culture within the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, data science, marketing, and sales to drive go-to-market success.
• Influence senior stakeholders and executives with clear product narratives and business cases.

Customer & Industry Engagement

• Serve as a thought leader in procurement digitalization, engaging with CPOs, procurement leaders, and industry experts to shape future sourcing strategies.
• Lead customer advisory boards, industry forums, and executive briefings to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-powered procurement, automation, and digital sourcing, driving innovation into the product roadmap.

• 5+ years of experience in product management (preferably in Procurement, S2P, Supply Chain, or B2B SaaS).

• Experience in scaling products across multiple markets and segments, with a proven track record of growing product adoption and revenue.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including executive briefings, sales enablement, and advisory board leadership.
• Ability to operate in a startup-like environment, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and growing teams, with an eye toward organizational scaling and succession planning.
