What you will do

If you're looking to grow your legal career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to do just that. As a Paralegal on our Legal team, you'll work closely with our contracts team, Senior Paralegal, and attorneys to help manage the end-to-end contract process—from document prep to signature and retention.

You'll gain exposure to a variety of contract types (vendor agreements, NDAs, commercial contracts, RFPs), get hands-on training in legal tools like DocuSign and SharePoint, and play a critical role in keeping our legal operations organized and running smoothly.

This is a great role for someone who’s eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a global in-house legal team.

  • Assist in preparing and executing contracts across the business—both manually and electronically
  • Learn and work in DocuSign, SharePoint, and other contract management tools (we’ll train you!)
  • Track and follow up on outstanding contracts with internal stakeholders
  • Help maintain our digital contract repository and organize key files for retention
  • Review and prepare large volumes of documents to support our contract archival process
  • Interact with company leaders to obtain signatures on business-critical agreements
  • Support the legal team with document management, clerical tasks, and FedEx/mailings as needed
  • Provide coverage and assistance during high-volume periods or while other team members are on PTO

What you should bring

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited about developing their skills in a legal setting.

  • 1–2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Completion of or current enrollment in an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program
(J.D. holders or law students need not apply)
  • Strong file organization and document management skills
  • Comfort obtaining signatures from senior leaders and handling confidential materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Outlook and Teams experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn tools like SharePoint and DocuSign
  • Notary Public in NJ (preferred, not required)
