We’re looking for a strong Manager/Sr. Manager-level consultant to lead a procurement transformation initiative. This is an execution-heavy role focused on process and policy redesign, change management, and standing up a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program. While strategic sourcing support is in scope, this will be limited to materials, equipment, and negotiating new framework agreements for materials and construction services.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with relevant terminal or E&U experience (understands the realities of terminals or energy/utilities environment) strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive alignment across finance, legal, engineering, and procurement. They need to be comfortable leading workstreams independently, structuring deliverables, and owning client communications.
