What you will do

GEP is dedicated to attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent. We believe that our success is driven by the exceptional individuals who make up our team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you’ll play a key support role in helping us identify and onboard top talent across the business.

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of Talent Acquisition. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Clark, NJ, with three in-office days per week.

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring teams
  • Downloading and organizing resumes and applications from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records to ensure accurate, up-to-date information
  • Assisting recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Posting and managing job advertisements on the company website and external job boards
  • Supporting candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Assisting with special projects involving research, data collection, and preparation of Excel or PowerPoint materials
  • Supporting a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks across the HR and recruiting functions

What you should bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with repetitive or task-based work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (especially spreadsheets)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of follow-ups
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or Boolean search is a plus
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
