What you will do

GEP is a global leader in procurement and supply chain solutions. We know that attracting, developing, and retaining great talent is key to our success—and we’re excited to welcome an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for the summer.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting recruiting efforts across the company. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and campus recruiting while building key HR and project management skills.

You’ll support the team by:

  • Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
  • Screening resumes and helping identify qualified candidates
  • Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Helping manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Drafting and posting job ads on various job boards and the company website
  • Supporting special projects (research, data gathering, creating Excel trackers or PowerPoint decks)
  • Helping with campus recruiting coordination and applicant logistics
  • Pitching in on other ad hoc projects across Talent Acquisition and HR

What you should bring

  • Strong research skills (LinkedIn and Boolean search experience a plus)
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at once
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • An interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields
