What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic, engineering-minded Vice President of Technical Operations to lead part of our global implementation delivery team. This leader will manage a global team that blends technical implementation specialists, configuration and testing experts, and low-code development engineers focused on client-specific enhancements.

The VP will be responsible for ensuring successful, on-time, high-quality go-lives across multiple concurrent customer projects, building Centers of Excellence (CoEs), driving automation and productivity, and representing the technical delivery function in customer-facing settings. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role that blends delivery rigor with scalable operations and automation strategy.

  1. Team & Operational Leadership
  • Lead and manage a global team of technical professionals across implementation, testing, low-code development, supplier enablement, integrations, and data migration.
  • Build and mature Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for each functional area to drive standardization, specialization, and repeatability.
  • Establish scalable processes, SLAs, and governance models to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and mentor a strong next level leadership team, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
  1. Customer Implementation Excellence
  • Oversee the successful technical execution of multiple concurrent implementations annually.
  • Serve as the escalation point for technical issues on strategic customer accounts, providing confidence and guidance in challenging situations.
  • Ensure UAT environments are stable, regression risks are minimized post-release, and customers have full trust in implementation quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product/Engineering teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.
  1. Automation & Productivity Innovation
  • Champion the use of automation, low-code tools, and intelligent testing to improve productivity and quality within technical operations.
  • Create a roadmap for reducing manual effort in configuration, testing, data migration, and integration through scalable tooling and frameworks.
  • Track and improve productivity metrics to ensure this organization scales efficiently without linear headcount growth.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations, including configuration, testing, integrations, and UAT practices.
  • Experience setting up CoEs, operational frameworks, and global delivery models.
