As a Consulting Manager/Sr. Manager, you will lead programs, set strategic direction for our engagements and align resources to delight our clients. You will utilize your love for critical thinking, to partner with leading global organizations in shaping and executing their procurement transformation journeys.
This role focuses on strategic advisory — from designing category strategies to driving large-scale procurement operating model changes, digital transformation, and supplier innovation programs.
You'll be part of GEP’s Global Delivery Consulting Group and be part of our goal to build relationships both at our clients and across our GEP family while we continue to expand and enjoy success in various verticals. You will act as an advisor while creating a successful team culture and coaching others.

What you will do:
Lead strategic procurement consulting projects across category management, cost optimization, ESG, and digital transformation.
Advise CPOs and senior stakeholders on procurement operating models, transformation roadmaps, and organizational design.
Develop and implement category strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable savings.
Drive large-scale transformation programs, including digital tool adoption and supplier collaboration models.
Manage and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship building.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Manager: 5+ years in procurement consulting or strategic advisory including experience leading transformation programs and C-suite engagements.
Expertise in Procurement Strategy:
Proven ability to design and implement category strategies, procurement operating models, and transformation programs.
Deep understanding of S2P processes, supplier collaboration, risk & ESG, and cost optimization levers.
Exposure to digital procurement tools (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, GEP SMART, etc.).
Consulting Skills:
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
Experience delivering large-scale programs with measurable impact.
Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive client impact, and contribute to practice growth.
