What you will do

As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead category management and sourcing operations for our clients, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable value. This role combines strategic procurement expertise with strong client management skills, making you the single point of contact for client stakeholders and category teams. You will drive operational performance, supplier management, and cost optimization, while mentoring teams and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance delivery for sourcing and procurement operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, stakeholder management, and timely updates on progress.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned categories, managing sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and category operations.

  • Oversee contract execution and compliance by collaborating with client stakeholders, legal, and audit teams.

  • Ensure continuity of supply by developing qualified alternative sources, robust risk mitigation plans, and best practice recommendations.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sourcing teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and professional development.

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and expansion of client partnerships.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.

What you should bring

  • 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience; minimum 5 years in category management (direct or indirect - HR, IT, Marketing, Professional services etc). 

  • Strong financial analysis, cost modeling, and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/P2P systems, and advanced reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and mentoring teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CPM) preferred.
