What you will do

Our Mid-Market Sales Executives focus on one of the fastest-growing segments, helping dynamic mid-sized companies transform the way they manage spend, suppliers, and supply chains.

If you’re a motivated, consultative seller with the grit to prospect, the skills to run a full sales cycle, and the drive to win new accounts, this is your opportunity to make an outsized impact. You’ll have the autonomy to hunt, build relationships, and close deals, while being backed by a global brand and proven solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Mid-Market Growth: Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close with high-growth companies, focusing on GEP’s SaaS solutions.
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Connect with executives and functional leaders who shape procurement and supply chain strategies, and earn their trust as a problem-solver.
  • Sell on Value: Lead conversations that go beyond features and focus on outcomes, ROI, and how GEP can solve critical business challenges.
  • Build Pipeline: Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and by leveraging inbound leads from marketing.
  • Partner to Win: Collaborate with solution consultants, marketing, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and ensure client success.
  • Shape the Market: Design targeted outreach campaigns and account strategies that open doors and expand GEP’s presence in the mid-market.

What you should bring

  • Proven Sales Success: Experience managing full-cycle deals in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Mid-Market Expertise: A background selling to mid-sized companies (200 to 2,000 employees).
  • Quota Achievement: A consistent track record of meeting or beating revenue targets.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client pain points, engage multiple stakeholders, and position solutions with impact.
  • Strong Presence: Skilled communicator and presenter who can build trust quickly.
  • Growth Mindset: Resilient, curious, and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Agility: Comfort in a fast-paced setting where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand.
