What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for client engagements, managing cross-functional consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions and measurable results.
  • Design and implement strategic procurement and supply chain initiatives, including digital transformation, operating model design, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing decision-making at the executive level.
  • Drive insight through data by synthesizing analytics, market research, and stakeholder input into compelling recommendations and deliverables.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance.
  • Contribute to firm growth by supporting business development, authoring thought leadership, and actively participating in internal capability building initiatives.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and level determined.

What you should bring

  • MBA (or equivalent master’s degree) in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, ideally with 3–5 years of prior consulting or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects with excellence.
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain design, or digital enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and defend data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including executive presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and modeling), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), and other analysis tools; Power BI or Tableau a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, based on client needs.

 

Location: You’ll work in a hybrid model from either our Chicago or Clark, NJ office — your choice! Team members are expected to be in the office at least two days each week to stay connected and engaged.
